Terms of service.

An order is confirmed only once payment (or, for cash on delivery, the advance) is received and we send a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹), or in your own currency in the US, the UK, Europe, Australia, the UAE and Qatar. Prices in other currencies are converted from rupees at current exchange rates and can change with them; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Outside India, import duties and taxes are paid on delivery. Prices and offers may change without notice.

We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can. Slight variation in colour, texture or measurement is natural and is not considered a defect.

The launch offer takes 10% off your first order, once per customer; it can't be combined with a referral or partner code. On orders delivered in India, paying online saves a further 10%. Both are applied at checkout.

Other discount codes apply to one order per customer unless the offer says otherwise. Points and referral rewards follow the rules shown in your account, and are adjusted if an order is cancelled, returned or refunded. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

All imagery, text, design and the CHÉRIE name are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, payment providers or events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
