Pieces in stock are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Every piece's page shows the delivery date for your pincode. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather or regional restrictions.

Free standard shipping across India on orders above ₹2,500. Below that, a flat ₹99. Express delivery, 2–3 working days, is ₹299.

Available on most pincodes. Pay ₹300 online to place the order and the rest to the courier. The ₹300 is refunded if you cancel before dispatch, and kept if the parcel is refused at the door.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp, and you can follow the parcel from your Chérie account. If tracking hasn't updated for 48 hours, message us and we'll follow up with the courier for you.

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate: orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated unavailability can be reshipped at an additional shipping charge.

We ship internationally. In the US, the UK, Europe, Australia, the UAE and Qatar you can pay in your own currency or in rupees; elsewhere prices are in rupees. The delivery charge and estimate are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are paid on delivery.
